History
Polestar Pilates Education was founded in 1992, and has since been a leader in science-based Pilates education with an emphasis in using Pilates as a rehabilitation tool. Polestar is excited to now have its first studio dedicated to the development of its teachers. In adjunct to our flagship Polestar Pilates Physical Therapy Center in Miami, this new studio also holds classes for the public.
