Pinewood is an esteemed independent day school, founded in 1952, serving students in PreK3 ( three-year-olds ) through Sixth Grade in the South Miami area. Through small classes and a carefully selected, well-trained staff, we endeavor to provide a positive educational atmosphere that enables each child to reach his or her full potential. Pinewood Acres School, since its inception in 1952, offers an enriched curriculum providing the highest standards of intellectual development and social and emotional growth for students.
