Our pizza/calzones are made by following over 100 year old recipe from Naples, Italy. All are made with Caputo 00 flour from Italy, sweet San Marzano tomatoes from the south plains of Mount Vesuvius with high fresh quality ingredients. Our dough takes about 30 hours to make before its baked in our oven at 750-900 degrees. All pizzas/calzones are 12', slighltly charred and crispy.
