History

Perla Baking Co. cafe was born out of the idea to bring our love of baked goods and specialty coffee to the historic main street of Defuniak Springs, Florida. We offer our local community fresh breads, pastries, desserts and lunch items paired with great organic coffee and teas from Amavida Coffee Roasters. Please stop by for a visit and enjoy and wonderful breakfast or lunch offerings. We look forward to your visit. Locally owned and operated in the heart of Historic DeFuniak Springs, FL.

Wonderful place, great drinks & pastries and much more. Staff is friendly and helpful and it's across from the lake so you have a wonderful view inside or outside seating.

Best grilled cheese in the area. Fresh baked bread. Super clean and well decorated. Nice staff. Also had a delicious almond croissant and cheese danish.
