Spray painting over mold on & inside vents

Spray paint used to "remove mold" When spray paint states it doesn't remove existing mold.

Property manager info that was refused from us until we threatened legal action.

Vent after it was "cleaned" (spray painted). It actually revealed one of many holes in the duct work.
