Originally from Naples, Italy, the Salcino Family has grown and nowadays you can find family members all over the world, from South Africa to Central America, the Salcinos are definitely a travelling bunch. Our Nonna (Grandmother) Maria married Giuseppe Salcino many years ago, one of their children, Michele (Michael) who one day on his way to Argentina, stopped in Costa Rica for one night to make a connecting flight the next day. That same night he met Eliette and fell in love and got married not long after. They moved back to Italy where they raised three beautiful children -Wendy (an angel who looked just like Wendy from the Peter Pan book), -Giuseppe and -Maria. Peperoni Inc. today is headed by Wendy, Maria and Auntie Nancy. Eliette is the head Chef and Operations Manager. Eliette has more than 30 years of exSpecialtiesItalian food and Catering Service.
