Paint the Coast was founded by award winning artist, Kathleen Schumacher, to share her love of art with beginning artists. Although Kathleen is well known as a pet portrait artist, she is currently known for her heavy textured palette knife painting. Check out her gallery at www.schumacherfineart.com.
Specialties
Paint the Coast specialized in offering beginning art instruction in a casual environment in the Destin and Niceville Florida area. Classes are currently held at the Pancakery Restaurant in Destin and Cafe Liquid in Niceville. Students will be provided all supplies and their paintings will be completed in one 2-3 hour session. Private parties are available upon request.
