Escambia High School
Escambia High School serves the educational needs of more than 1,700 students enrolled in grade nine through 12. The school offers instruction in various subjects, including broadcast journalism, business education, fine arts, family and consumer sciences, Spanish, Latin, French, language arts, technology education, life management skills, math, music, physical education, science, softball, social studies and physical education. It also organizes various extracurricular activities and sports programs for students, including National Art Honor Society, book club, marching band and peer tutoring. The school has a fully equipped media center and library that has a large collection of books on various topics, encyclopedias, dictionaries, magazines, and other reference materials for students. Located in Pensacola, Fla., Escambia High School is part of the part of the Escambia County School District.
