Operation New Uniform (ONU) is a 501c3 nonprofit organization based in Jacksonville, Florida. Founded in 2013, ONU aims to assist transitioning servicemembers from all branches of the military in finding their new career in the business world through a transformative transition assistance program.
With a person-centered approach, ONU helps veterans and military spouses realize their value and worth, separate from their military background. Through in-person and virtual classes, ONU provides training and support to empower its students to successfully transition to purposeful and stable careers, all free of charge thanks to the generosity of corporate supporters and donors.
