Bathroom shower was never cleaned. It was gross. We had to clean it prior to using the shower.

Spoon that was in the "clean" rack upon us checking in. As you can see it was filthy.

Hairs in the shower from the previous guest (there were so many)

Upon calling the owner she was really aggressive and combative when we asked to have the cleaners come back.
