HistoryIn 2012, LFF sold to LA Fitness and Mike took the opportunity to act on his life-long dream of starting his own gym and creating his own training system. Coach Davis went back to his roots of private training. He called up a few of his former clients, started coaching out of his garage and Hybrid Strength Club was born. Initially inspired by the Crossfit programing, Mike has since used his 20+ years of experience to create a system that incorporates aspects from different health and fitness modalities including gymnastics, weightlifting, martial arts, dance, yoga, meditation, and more. The Hybrid System promotes strength, postural correction and healing for the modern day professional. It is focused on the core principles of human physiology while simultaneously building longevity.
