NOMAD Mobile Fitness started in a parking lot with only 2 people using tires to workout. We now have a huge NOMAD Family exercising together, using the most exciting and effective equipment available.
Specialties
Simply put, our NOMAD Circuits are FUN and EFFECTIVE. You're going to lift weights, climb some obstacles, slam ropes, throw wall balls, row, spin, do some pull-ups, push tires, etc. We are easily the most varied workout around, ensuring your mind will be fresh and your progress won't plateau. You are going to build muscle and improve your conditioning at your pace, while modifying exercises to your level.
