In 1995 Maria Eugenia Bello founded in Havana Cuba Nini's Cafe, today Chef Morales following the legacy of her grandmother opens the doors of Nini's Restaurant Cuban Cuisine in Indialantic Florida after a successful career as an executive chef in different restaurants in Miami, merging the traditional taste of the authentic Cuban food with the creativity of the modern cuisine.
