Upon returning from living in Kaua'i, Hawai'i owner/chef Jerry Morgan found that there were no restaurants offering his beloved hawaiian fare. So the idea for Nalu's was born, serving all Kaua'i-local cuisine to his home town of St. Augustine.
Specialties
Here we specialize in serving the very freshest of ingredients and only homemade sauces, salsas, pestos, soups, fish jerky and more. We believe in buying fresh from the local farmers market and produce stands. Our fish is selected from the highest grade and we only use all wild caught Mahi Mahi, Ono (wahoo) and Ahi (yellowfin tuna) to create our tacos, burritos, burgers, sashimi and more. Don't eat fish? No problem! We also serve delicious grilled chicken and our perfectly seasoned ground beef. We have plenty of vegetarian options available, too.
