Inspired by the local cajun cuisine upon their arrival to the Southern United States in the 1990s, Vietnamese immigrants Minh and Kim established Mini Restaurant. We offer entrees including crabs, shrimp, and conch, available either 1) topped with our homemade butter and cajun seasoning or 2) simmered to perfection in our specialty spicy broth.
