Originally from Arkansas, Michael Monroe was born with creative genetics, as his mother was an avid artist. With her guidance, he found his love for painting at a young age. His art was soon to be influenced by the psychedelics of the early 70's. Michael's free spirited use of bold colors passionately began to capture uplifting and positive feelings on his canvases. In the years to come, this unique style launched his career across the United States with representation and high distinction in galleries in Aspen, Boston, Carmel, Nashville, Sante Fe, and Naples. In 2009, he was commissioned by Baldwin Piano to hand paint a series of grand pianos, known as the
