History
Miami Beach Yoga started as a personal project and it turned into a beautiful service to the community. I fell in love with yoga a few years ago when I walked into my first yoga class, and I loved the way it made me feel. I couldn't really pin point what it was but there was something pulling me to go back to class every time. A few years later the opportunity to become a certified yoga teacher suddenly crossed my path, so I did, and it was right then and there where I learned about all the incredible benefits of yoga, and how this combination of poses and postures (asanas), synchronized with breath (pranayamas) has the ability to bring you into a state of mindfulness that has been proven to reduce stress, and anxiety, while rehabilitating and strengthening your body, but more importantly it just really makes you feel GREAT instantly, and I wanted to share that with as many people as possible.
