Metro Door USA was founded in 2002 by Herman Alter - an architect, interior designer, carpenter, general contractor all in one. Having worked in Europe for a greater part of his life in the furniture business he brought design criteria & foreign materials that truly made Metro Door USA a proprietary company not only because of his resources but also his knowledge.
