The business got started when he started traveling to Miami with his family and was visiting many areas in South Florida, however he found a lot of interest and potential to the Hollywood Beach area which was not very developed at the time. He is a visionary who enjoys creating and developing new projects start to finish. As, he has conceived Melia Costa Hollywood which is his slated for a 2015 completion date.
