Formerly known as Orlando Culinary Academy, Le Cordon Bleu is a culinary and hospitality training school. Located in Orlando, Fla., the institution offers culinary arts and patisserie and baking training. It provides its students with amenities, such as a classroom with both, a lecture area as well as instructional kitchen. In addition to this, the school has the facility of a library, which offers books, magazines, newspapers, videos of faculty demonstrations and lectures, CD-ROMs and other reference materials to supplement the culinary programs. Further, Le Cordon Bleu has computer laboratories with access to the Internet.
