Yvonne Kier opened her take-out resturaunt in response to being down-sized out of a job at a major technical company. She took up her talent and passion, Southern style cooking.
Her take-out menu includes: fried chicken, collard greens, oxtail, chitlins, wings, old fashioned hamburgers, sweet potato pie and many more mouth watering deserts and beverages.
