After spending considerable time working with humanitarian medical teams throughout Botswana, Uganda, Mexico, Guatemala, and Nicaragua, Dr. Millon has some of the most thorough first-hand expertise available in pediatric medicine. He now serves as one of the chief physicians for Worldwide Pediatrics as well as for Palmetto Hospital, West Boca Hospital, and Bethseda Memorial Hospital. Additionally, Dr. Millon is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics, and a member of the American Medical Association, the Florida Pediatric Society, the Florida Medical Association, and the Texas Pediatric Association. Dr. Millon has also appeared on television as a pediatric expert on Univision's Todo Bebe. Dr. Juan Carlos Millon was born in Barranquilla, Colombia and has lived in South Florida for more than 25 years. He is a General Pediatrician with special interest in international medicine and international adoptions. Dr. Millon is involved with the medical mission Mindo Futures. Dr. Millon is married and has two daughters. Outside of his Miami pediatric office, he enjoys boating, fishing, and coaching softball for his daughter's team. He speaks English, Spanish, and some French.
