Seventy percent of our business is short-term monthly leases with the remaining thirty percent in long term leasing. Clientele is made up of owners who either use their property for only a few months a year, who have made purchases for future use, for investment or are trying to sell their property. We have a comprehensive marketing plan, our customer base comes from repeat business and satisfied customer referrals.
