Italica offers both indoor and outdoor seating options decorated with an urban chic and modern style that blends well with the neighborhood. Italica was founded by Pablo Sartori, who has insatiable passion for good food, good drinks and memorable restaurants such as the famous Negroni Restaurants. Originally opened in Buenos Aires, Argentina in 2019 Italica was created to satisfies customers with modern version of traditional Italian recipes. In 2020 Italica arrived at Aventura, Miami with a friendly version menu, focused on a variety of pizzas well accompanied with wines and beers. Italica culinary philosophy is firmly rooted in the Italian tradition of seasonality and the integrity of all ingredients.
