Called for a quick question on if they build bikes ! (Which they do!) they gave me there availability and i had my bike there an hour later ! They were quick and the dogs inside are amazing !!!

Good to find a bike shop that doesn't cater to the one percent only. No $5000 bikes or $75 per hour service fees but does have lots of reasonably priced 2 wheelers and they fixed my wobbly rear...
