History
The Highlands Art League (HAL) is a local non-profit organization dedicated to providing an avenue for artists of all ages and talents and mediums to express their vision in an art community. HAL has been around since 1966 and has thrived in this community sharing arts and culture with its citizens and surrounding residents. HAL is supported by a strong volunteer board that believes in continuing the mission to encourage emerging and evolving artists of all ages and to positively impact our community through the celebration and exploration of the arts. HAL has expanded its campus to include four (4) buildings overall: 1) Clovelly House 2) Museum of the Arts, 3) Vocational Arts Center and 4) Yellow House Gallery & Gift Shop.
