Heather Hills Estates is a senior community located just off 5th Street West at 49th Avenue East. With large old oak trees, this is a well-maintained mobile home park that has a community feel to it, with events like the pancake breakfast in December. The clubhouse has at least nine shuffleboard courts, and the entire community is encouraged to help with seasonal events and donations. This community has an annual Christmas party, and units are available for rent or for sale.
