Specialties

Happy Ice Creations revolves around a mobile food trailer in which we serve popcorn & kettle corn, snow cones with toppings and sugar free options for the health conscious, we offer cotton candy, hot dogs, frozen lemonade, pre-packaged ice cream bars such as vanilla sandwiches, chocolate and strawberry short cake, as well as water, soda's, and Gatorade bottles. If the trailer presents a problem, we also have a 10x10 tent in which we can attend any event. As a side note, we have our own generators so we do not require electric from the venue.
