First Unity Church is an active church in the center of St. Petersburg, with an array of programs and events held on a regular basis. The church emphasizes respect for different faiths and beliefs and occasionally features speakers from different areas of spirituality, including Buddhist monks and other spiritual leaders. The church operates an attached bookstore and café. In addition to services, a variety of classes and study groups meet at the church, including classes on yoga and meditation.
