Mulligan Chief Executive Officer. Chris has over 20 years of experience in the human resources industry, the majority of which has been in the employee engagement, selection, assessment, and retention arena. Chris co-founded TalentKeepers in 2000. Under the direction of Chris, TalentKeepers products have twice been recognized as Top Training Products of the Year by Human Resource Executive Magazine for their innovative and effective approach to employee on-boarding, engagement, and retention. He has worked with organizations around the world such as Accenture, AT&T, BMW, Coke, EDS, GE, Kelly Services, Hilton, The Hartford, Sprint, Starwood, UPS & the U.S. Navy. Prior to co-founding TalentKeepers, Chris was the Vice President of Business Development for AlignMark, a division of Thomson Corporation, a multi-billion dollar and leading global e-information and solutions company serving the business and professional marketplace. Previously with AlignMark, Chris was the Vice President of Sales. In this capacity, he was responsible for guiding and implementing the Fortune 1000 market place sales strategy as well as leading the direct sales force of AlignMark, and its predecessor organization, Electronic Selection Systems ( ESS ) Corporation, for six years. Under Chris' leadership, revenues grew from $3M to over $35M with an average operating income of 20%. Prior to joining ESS, Chris worked in a variety of areas. In the consulting industry, he was with Assessment Designs International ( ADI ) and was involved in developing some of the first video and computer assisted simulation assessment systems for organizations such as CitiBank. As a Research Fellow for the U.S. Navy, Chris conducted research relating to computer-based training and behavioral modeling training programs for chemical warfare defense. Chris has made major presentations at such professional conferences as, the American Call Center Exposition ( ACCE ), the American Management Association ( AMA ), the American Society of Training and Development ( ASTD ), The Conference Board,
