Erick Cortes and Laurie Emery-Cortes founded Family Homes by Design in 2017 after spending much of their lives building two very successful careers - Laurie with a 20-year background and doctorate in child psychology and behavioral management and Erick with 25 years in the home re-design business. Their lives converged in 2006 and five children later, they have never been more vested in helping their clients
