We have neighbors who smoke weed outside in backyard literally on daily basis. Reported to management and nothing has been done about it yet. To pay such high rent and have to deal with weed...

Just received lease renewal with rent going up over $500 a month (28% increase) since last year!! Definitely not worth the additional cost. Looking for new home! Don't recommend this community.
