East Bay Dry Cleaners offers dry cleaning services on draperies, pillows, rugs, leather and wedding gowns. They do most of their business through their drive-up window. A 50 percent deposit is required on all rugs, leather items and wedding gowns and debit and credit cards are accepted with a $10 minimum.
