Incorporated in 1963, Mark Thompson purchased the company in 2002. His father, James F. Thompson, was the original manager and was part owner of the company. Mark began helping at the plant as a child and has been around the business nearly his entire life. He literally started at the bottom and worked his way to the top. The company started with just a few employees and has now grown to over 20 employees. In 1989, the company began to outgrow its original space and expanded into the current location in Callahan. Mark believes that Florida Sun Printing is a vital part of the Callahan community. The company provides jobs in an area with few other employment opportunities.
