HistoryDr. Geoff Powell found his passion for chiropractic, health, and wellness long before he considered it as a profession. It began as a young man selling refreshments during the Florida football games, walking up and down the infamous stadium steps with 20 pounds of soda strapped to his back for hours at a time. Born and raised in Gainesville, FL, his youth and love of Gator sports made it easy to ignore the stress his body was enduring week in and week out. The breaking point, though, came in high school when Geoff sustained a serious back injury while playing basketball. He couldn't walk or even use the bathroom without pain. The pain was immobilizing, and constant, but the fear, stress, and depression would prove to be equally as debilitating. It wasn't until he saw a chiropractor that his life changed.
