History
We started out as a couple of friends from a number of different backgrounds: runners, cyclists, tennis players, triathletes, and folks just off the couch back in 2010 working out wherever we could. Parks, beaches, after hours at local schools and we've ended up as a big group of friends with our own Box (gym) where we can throw tires around, row, climb ropes, and have a great time while doing it all! We work out hard, we play hard, we enjoy every minute of both!
Specialties
We believe that there aren't any shortcuts, no pills that will magically make you thinner, no machines that will give you wash-board abs, and no routine that will get you fit in 5 minutes a day. We do believe that through Mechanics, Consistency, and Intensity you can achieve things you never thought possible both athletically and personally. We are a recognized CrossFit affiliate and follow its methodologies. Our training has been developed to enhance an athlete's competencies at all tasks across the ten recognized fitness domains: Cardiovascular and Respiratory endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance, and Accuracy.
