CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program built on constantly varied and functional movements (like pushing, pulling, jumping, squatting, lifting, running) executed at high intensity. CrossFit is for all ages and fitness levels. CrossFit is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience. We scale load and intensity; we don’t change programs and we deliver fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive−our specialty is not specializing.We seek to build a program that will best prepare trainees for any physical contingency—prepare them not only for the unknown but for the unknowable as well.
