Comvest Builders is a boutique style construction company which has been in existence for over 35 years. Comvest Builders was an idea brought from the vast experience and forethought of Stavros' father, John N. Laliotis, P.E. John started J.N.Laliotis Engineering and Construction in 1982. The company was designed to incorporate both civil/structural engineering and general construction.Now Comvest Builders has grown into the business it is today, run by John's son Stavros Laliotis and his business partner Steve Armstrong. They keys to Comvest's success has been the focus on working as our client's trusted advisor and taking responsibility to ensure the success of a project.
