The Community Learning Center of Pinellas County is located at 1611 N. Fort Harrison Avenue in downtown Clearwater. Community Learning Center of Pinellas County provides tutoring services and houses the administration offices for county-wide programs, including adult continuing education.
The office is open five days a week. Appointments made in advance facilitate ease of operation. There is also a small library inside with emphasis on challenges in education and tutoring.
