The Columns At East Bay is a well-maintained complex built in 1987. It has a beautiful fenced-in pool area with a fountain, an outdoor bar and grill, a pond, lounging chairs and tables with chairs and umbrellas. The clubhouse features a fireplace and television and there's also a laundry room. One and two bedroom units are available to rent.
