At Sugar 'N Spice, located just north of downtown Clearwater, children from ages 2 to 5 receive the educational experience necessary to prepare them for the challenges of life. According to owner Evelyn Hoy, who has more than 30 years of child care experience, children's early years are the most important educational development stage in a child's life. The center features a free VPK program for 4-year-olds and six experienced teachers who are skilled in areas such as fine arts and early childhood education.
