Founded in 1977, Center for Family and Child Enrichment offers a range of child welfare and mental health services for children and families. It offers case management, recruitment, training and supervision, and adoption and independent living services to abused, neglected and abandoned children. The center also offers family services, including counseling, parenting skills classes, therapeutic visitation and crisis intervention. In addition, Center for Family and Child Enrichment offers shelter and counseling services to runaway and homeless teenagers. It provides behavior management, psychiatric and psychological evaluations, and individual, family and group therapies. Center for Family and Child Enrichment maintains several locations in Miami.
