There are two types of classes: Strength Class - Tuesday Nights One hour of strength exercises focusing on both lower and upper body muscles. Abdominal exercises included in the workout. Boot Camp Class - Thursday Nights and Saturday Mornings One hour of intense cardio and strength drills that challenge the body from head to toe. Experience a BIG calorie burn while building endurance and strength!

Come challenge your body through cardiovascular drills and strength training designed to burn fat and calories and get you Fit and Toned!
