STILL HERE 2 HOURS LATER WITH NO KIND OF ACCOMMODATION! Had to flag a floor Walker down to ask for a blanket. REPULSIVE SERVICE HERE.

I fell & knocked my knee out of place. Haven't been able to walk nor bend my leg
