We opened in 1985 as part of Barney's Bar-B-Q restaurant chain. Our growth and innovation made it necessary to change names to Brian's Bar-B-Q. Owner Brian Hill is an ACF certified chef and a certified BBQ Judge for Kansas City BBQ Society Cookoffs. We love to cook and have a passion for BBQ....so much that we have been voted best BBQ in the area for the past 16 years...or as long as the contest has existed.

Brian's Bar-B-Q has been a DeLand tradition for more than 30 years. Our menu features award-winning, southern-inspired dishes, from slow-smoked and chargrilled ribs, pork, beef and chicken to our salad bar loaded with fresh and homemade options. Our staff aims to provide exceptional service, every time. We offer great daily specials, including nickel beer night on Monday, all-you-can-eat chicken on Wednesday and all-you-can-eat ribs on Thursday.
