Back in 2015 my insurance company referred Safelite to replace my windshield on my new Infiniti SUV. After 6 attempts to fix the problem I had a wonderful conversation with the technician who had been a Safelite employee for over 5 years. What I learned about the company installing my glass was appalling! A year later I opened Bond Auto Glass with the technician who was able to diagnose and fix the problem I had the first 5 technicians couldn't fix. Today we have over 20 employees and replace over 100 windshields a week. To this very day we have not had a warranty come back and our customer service is unbeatable.
