Came in for an adjustment to my watch band on a Saturday. The staff was friendly, and though they were busy, they took care of me and made my adjustment on the spot. Will gladly return.

These guys SUCK... watch was promised for repair Friday, and they would call us, when ready.... No Friday call... closed Sat 1/2 day - which they did not mention... I go and pick it up...
