Blue Sky Textures / PopcornRemoval.com was established in 1995 when two brothers Nick and Jack Doucette entered the new home construction drywall spray business. At that time knockdown texture on walls and ceilings was a hot new upgrade for new home buyers. This craft evolved into the existing home market and ultimately led to removing popcorn from peoples homes and replacing it with a knockdown or smooth finish.
