a fabulous meal at pinspiration as the featured chef. There were 6 courses and each one better than the last. I highly recommend finding where he is cooking next or hiring him for a private party!

Had the Beef Empanada's and the Miso Pork Belly. Absolutely fantastic, the pork belly was chewy and crispy at the same time and the noodles were very flavorful.
