Along with being a full-service florist and gift shop, Black Forest creates artificial flower arrangements or, as it's sometimes called, "permanent flower arrangements." It has pre-made arrangements that you can choose from or you can have the staff make you one. It is encouraged that you bring pictures of the vase or room that the "permanent" flowers will be in.
